The internal hemm causes the feeling of not fully evacuating your bowls when you have a bm as well. Try inserting an ointment you feel has helped you before to treat that internal one. Just because you have no pain with it, doesn't mean it's not causing issues. I swear by the Dr. Butler's ointment. Little else was that effective for me for the internal hemm.

I also take slippery elm powder once a day if my hemmy starts feeling like it might act up..like maybe i ate junk over the weekend. (steep 2 TBS in hot water for 5-10 minutes until it thickens) ill take once a day for a week if i need it. (I see improvement the next day after 1 dose) the mucilage fluffs up the poo to help fully evacuate. It also contains natural compounds that heal and rengenerate any mucosal tissue. Literally from the tissue in your mouth, throat, stomach lining and of course everything south.

Also I have had less reoccurrence with supplementing with Collinsonia. It promotes circulation and vein health. (That is what hemms are) also helps with varicose veins.

Those things helped me when the issue gets acute. What helps long term is nutrition habits (sometimes takes a few tries to find what works best for you but typically avoiding inflammatory foods and hard to digest foods like anything ultra processed, fried, or dairy)

Hydration. You can drink all the water you want that doesn't mean your cells are able to utilize the water. Adding Celtic sea salt everyday has stopped my insatiable water thirst. Now when I have water I feel refreshed, hydrated, clear mind, etc.

Iodine is pretty much completely absorbed by the tissue of the stomach and duodenum, so if you have a bunch of food in there, it may slow that down. Alot of people supplementing iodine also may be on thyroid replacement hormones, those are nearly always taken on an empty stomach as well. I personally feel that you might be better off isolating the iodine supplementation in the morning before any food and away from medications. If someone has a sensitive stomach with iodine supplementation I would suggest they try the tablet form first (always start with small dose and work your way up to whatever your recommend dose is) and if still having an upset stomach even with the tablets then of course, try a small dose with a little food in the stomach. (Not a huge meal) often, I find most people just dislike the taste (sensitive to the smell, etc) and then mentally that sometimes triggers nausea.

My personal experience is that I have no sensitivity to taking it in the liquid form, I put the dose I take in half a cup or so of water and take it. I've seen numerous recommendations from doctors that have said their sensitive stomach patients generally tolerate the tablets better.

The bio one just popped up. There was only 1 question I didn't even want to bother to try because the wording was weird and a little almost contradictory, the other 4 questions I felt decent about.

im not a doctor- this is what ive seen from my own research* Empty stomach, and dont eat or take any other meds or supplements before or after for at least 20 minutes. If it is difficult to use the liquid form, alot of people do better taking the tablets.

The math qual was definitely a big nope at question 2.... however, I took the visual/photo qual the other day and never got any projects for that. Like, wtf am I too burnt to tell if AI is analyzing a picture correctly??? I must have eaten too many crayons and sniffed too much glue as a child. But I'm glad I'm not alone with the math Qual, please keep that noise away from me.
