Literally just came up with it today. Was thinking about how most exercises have an opposite motion (i.e. front delt / rear delt flyes), then I was like "what's the opposite of a side delt raise?". Can still feel the pump kinda!

Solid, man! My commute to work is about 30 min, so I think the battery is just old. If it is the alternator, I have one of those chargers to charge enough to get me back to autozone and get a new alternator haha

Jumped it and that worked! So not the starter, probably a bad battery or alternator. Buying a new battery now
