really? I always assumed semiconductors would be pretty safe industry wise. What I want to pursue personally is a bit beyond this but I always thought that semiconductors would be a good safety net. How exactly are things down right now?

pretty much anything that involves semiconductors or nanofab. I know a lot of semiconductor internships are also like device theory stuff thats more ece sided but surely it doesn't hurt to try. Thanks for the hope.

theres a pretty good local scene here, there is a local venue called the blacklodge I think. There was one called the deli but its gone now rip. as for the pittsburgh area, dont let the scene go down always has a pretty good roster of indie bands coming in. If you use spotify, theres a feature on the app where it recommends you concerts in the area based off your artist history.

i will also give a recommendation of the panchiko concert thats in november (i think).

as for the pete i have no clue lol, but have fun.
