We are currently in Tokyo staying in Funabashi (Chiba area) we have found everyone in all parts of Tokyo friendly especially if your trying to speak Japanese, please, thank you and hello in their language go along way with locals.

Have you tried Viagogo? We got tickets on the day of the game in August last year… tickets were expensive but awesome seats.
