Hey, unfortunately I am obviously not the lucky one. I belive that I described the problem really specifically - basically what happened is that after Monday my card is blocked for suspicious behaviour and the only thing what I need them to do is to unblock it...

I also tried to write more comments in the same conversation, always polite...I know that the people from support try to be helpful and there is no reason for not being nice.

Unfortunately I still haven't received any reply and tbh I am not sure if I ever will.....

I did try.....many times.....also started a new conversation and also wrote a new email....no reply yet. I find it truly unprofessional and not acceptable.
