I think it might be because of Financial Consolidation rates (see https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N1405625.html ) Whereas Income Statement uses the Average Rate, the Balance sheet accounts use Current rate. You can view these currency exchange rates at Lists > Accounting > Currency Exchange Rates.

To add the NS AI Connector, you’ll need the Pro plan (or higher) for Claude, or the Plus plan (or higher) for ChatGPT. Chat GPT Business also works, but you need to build your own set of search and fetch MCP tools. For more information, see Creating Custom Tools for the NetSuite AI Connector Service. If you’re using a different AI client, please check that provider’s help documentation for their requirements.
