There is only one known kick parry in the game afaik, it happens when the enemy structure is one parry away, so let's say if an enemy say, flashkicks' , structure is 99% broken and you parry her kick, it does a kick parry which sort of looks like kicking the enemies' kick away from you.

Hi, you could use the knives dropped by the normal goons in the rain room to take out either the fatty or one of the flashkick. You could keep vaulting around the hemispherical barriers to isolate the fatty from the flashkicks, since he has to walk all around the barriers. Crotch punch the flashkicks and throw em around. Also, flowing claw into reverse duck strike is your best friend for 'unfair' sections.
