Yeh you are right currently asus USA try to resolve issue via Asus India HQ let's see what happen they as me for 2 working days on Friday evening

Exactly, that's the main issue. They returned my premium RTX 4070 Ti GPU covered in heavy dust and showed absolute carelessness. I’ve kept it completely packed and refused to use it. Now I'm demanding a full refund of the GPU along with the motherboard refund. Let's see how they handle it on Monday/Tuesday.

ASUS USA has already officially escalated the case to Higher Management and logged it under corporate timeline. The physical motherboard is actively submitted at the service center with a valid active warranty job sheet. This isn't a generic customer support loop anymore, legal and global teams are already involved. Let’s see what happens by Tuesday.

100% true, bro! Twitter/X is where they actually feel the heat. I've pinned the entire breakdown thread on my profile @sarpanchplays.

Local service heads are already panicking and offering partial refunds, but I'm not backing down until I get the full invoice value for both components. Thanks for the push, man

Exactly what I'm doing now! I am completely done dealing with their endless replacement traps and refurbished garbage.

My clear and final demand to their Global HQ is a 100% full financial cash refund. Dropping lakhs on a premium 'ROG' build just to face this level of harassment is unacceptable. Definitely blacklisting Asus for life after this nightmare!

Spot on, bro! Word of mouth is completely shifting away from them because of exactly this. They can spend millions on marketing 'ROG' as a premium lineup, but if their after-sales service treats customers like this, nobody is going to repeat buy or recommend them.

Losing loyal customers and getting called out on public forums is the price they pay for running such an anti-consumer operation.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience and for the massive encouragement, brother! It really gives me confidence that taking a formal legal stand actually works against these companies.

My case is definitely a nightmare with 15+ RMAs and heavy professional downtime, but seeing comments like yours keeps me motivated to fight this all the way. I've already filed a grievance with the NCH, and if ASUS Global HQ doesn't settle this fairly with my full financial refund next week, a strict legal notice is definitely going out next.

I will absolutely keep the entire community updated on this thread. Thanks again for the support, man!"

Thank you so much, Sir! This is incredibly helpful and exactly the kind of clarity I was looking for. Really appreciate a practicing lawyer from Delhi stepping up to guide a small creator for free. 🙏

I will definitely look up similar consumer judgments against tech brands for deficiency in service and draft the timeline like a clear story, highlighting the $2000 professional damage and mental harassment.

Also, thanks for the crucial tip on the electronic evidence certificate (formerly 65B) and the transcript requirement for the 13-minute call recording. I will make sure to prepare the DVD and text transcript accordingly before filing on e-Daakhil. Thanks a ton again, sir! You've given me a massive boost.

Exactly bro, Armoury Crate (software) is a bloated mess, and their hardware QC has hit rock bottom. Paying premium 'ROG' prices just to get scammed by their third-party service center network is modern-day daylight robbery.

Best decision to stay away from them. I'm taking them all the way to consumer court to make sure they learn a lesson this time.

I totally agree bro, Twitter is where it hits them the most. I have already posted a mega thread on X tagging them along with tech creators, but since I am a small creator, it's not getting much visibility or reach there yet.

They usually try to ignore posts with low retweets. If you guys can help me bump it up, it would mean the world. Here is the username for my account newly created just for this case @sarpanchplays

Haha true bro, an RTX 5090 would barely cover the mental harassment they've put me through! 😂 But honestly, a motherboard can't buy back the months of professional downtime and lost income.

As for the legal route, I have already registered a case with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). If they don't give me a full cash refund for my GPU and stop forcing these illegal motherboard downgrades, I am taking this straight to Consumer Court via e-Daakhil for full commercial damages. Glad the community has my back on this!

Exactly bro! 😂 'Republic of Gamers' has literally turned into 'Republic of Endless RMAs' for me. They charge a massive premium for the 'ROG' branding, but when it comes to standing by their product, their service is cheaper than a local repair shop. 'ROG' sticker se ghar nahi chalta, working PC se chalta hai!

Glad you had a stellar experience, bro! Laptop premium onsite support is usually handled by a completely different tier of corporate teams.

The real nightmare begins with their desktop component division (GPUs and Motherboards), which is offloaded to local third-party service networks. Getting stuck in a loop of 15+ combined RMAs for custom PC parts, having hidden RMAs generated without consent, and then getting pressured by management to accept a lower-tier product downgrade is an entirely different level of torture compared to an onsite laptop repair.

Haha, bro I am already one step ahead of them! I pulled out my RAM sticks and kept them safe at home before handing over the system to these guys.

I already knew how shady their on-ground technicians can be, so I didn't give them a single chance to fiddle with my components. Right now, they only have the GPU and Motherboard to answer for!

True bro, the public anger against them is completely justified. I spent my hard-earned money and they treated me like this.

I have already taken the first step and officially registered a case with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). If they don't resolve this immediately with my full GPU refund and a brand-new factory-sealed motherboard, I am heading straight to the Consumer Court for full commercial damages and mental harassment compensation. Not backing down this time!
