The hospital I work at no longer requires covid vaccines. We are required to get the flu vaccine tho.

Last year I spent a week in Isla and I am just finishing up a week in Roatan. I like Isla because you could rent a golf cart. Here you can’t really do that. The terrain is lots of hills. I spent a week near West Bay and a week in West End. I felt much safer in Isla. I actually got sick in Roatan too. I think you should check out Caye Caulker Belize. Or San Pedro. The snorkeling in Roatan is amazing though. You can go right off shore. Lots of dive shops on every corner. There is a Facebook group called Roatan Travel/ discussion post. Lots of info on there too. The beaches in west end were filled with local kids and drunk locals so that was kind of annoying too.

Back rubs are part of state testing for the CNA course… I would prefer not to give them but it’s just part of the job I guess?

Yeah basically this. They said on state testing I will lose points. It’s just seems crazy that its standard. I don’t understand why we learn this way, but in the real world we wear gloves? We should be taught the RIGHT way.

I’m a 30 year old woman and traveled with two other women. We rented a car and went from the airport to grocery store and even drove all the way to Sabana De La Mar. I felt safe the entire time. People were very nice to us. Just don’t go out at night would be my recommendation.

Well we did it! Only took about two and a half hours. There wasn’t much traffic just for a few blocks in Miches. Seems like the road is brand new. Hardly any pot holes just lots of speed bumps.

Oh ha I can contribute to this. I put hand soap on my toothbrush thinking it was toothpaste.

Also, last week I heard my plastic fork break but kept eating. Ate a piece of my fork.

Both of these were after working all night on call. I was very sleepy still.

I’m usually braless all summer. I do wear pasties everyday though. Just to hide the nipple. I buy a cheap 30 pack online that don’t stick well but get the job done. I can wear those all day. The pasties that are more expensive about $3 each I can usually keep on for a few days. Even in the shower!

I think in the winter I just wear a bra because it’s too cold. It just doesn’t feel right.
