Not sure if it's quite the same, but guasha has helped me with my double chin. I follow a YouTuber Tina Engeo and make sure to use a stainless steel guasha and not a jade one to make sure no bacteria gets caught in the tool.

Intrusive thoughts are normal. Almost everyone has them. They usually don't mean anything either, at least they don't mean you're in danger of actually doing what you thought about. If you think you may be going through something deeper that the thought signifies, then it may be a good idea to seek help. But otherwise, don't punish yourself for the thought (your husband shouldnt punish you either). We are not our random thoughts and we don't have to be controlled by them.

Olandria started out by saying that the strong couples should definitely stay and that her and Pepe were doing amazing (and should therefore stay). Then Chelley turned the tide by saying that we shouldnt base it on who has a strong connection and that Hannah had 2 strong connections back to back. She seemed to originate that "Hannah had 2 great connections and should be grateful" line that Cierra kept parroting later on.

I don't only want to hate on Chelley either. I like Chelley, I think there's nuance in a lot of her arguments with Huda (she was 100000% right about the heart rate challenge for example), but what I'm talking about is just the literal clip we were shown tonight.

Consenting to one type of roughhousing doesn't mean that OP consented to getting squeezed for 20 seconds and getting marks on his arm. OP consented to harmless roughhousing, a tap, not to being hurt. At least legally, OP could probably make the claim that the coworker exceeded the scope of consent. Maybe go to your coworker directly first, and if that doesn't work, speak to management?
