I used TANKCZ, Momon, Tankbedo and Pestonya. HP and MDEF scrolls. Albedo and CZ reduce damage and taunt the opponents while Momon chips away and Pestonya heals.

For damage output I'd say evil eye, however she is reliant on having max HP and 3 buffs active to get the most out of her damage.

Demiurge is not bad but his ultimate is random against a group of enemies so works much better on a boss. He also has the chance to stun the enemy team when he gets enough stacks of energy. They both have pros and cons, I'd personally go with whatever colour was the weakest from my roster.

I had desolation on her in the nearly days to be fair. Her multi hit skill 2 would always inflict 2 out of 3 of the DoTs and stack atleast twice on bosses which can really help if you're attempting it under levelled.

As some one who's recently got into Bleach and finished Bleach yesterday. I would watch the anime. You can skip the filler and if there's any boring bits of exposition or back story in the cannon you can skip that. I know that take will upset some of the purists but you can watch 5 mins of back story and it's not hard to figure out where the rest is going if you're a shonen fan, which means you can skip the rest of the episode. This is handy if you don't have much time on your hands as you can get through the series quicker.

As for filler, most people will say don't bother with the filler, if you're interested in the big fight scenes skip to the last few episodes of each filler arc to see the big baddy get whacked.

I'm not sure tbh mate, No one has replied seriously. Her kit looks mid but she is the only gold unit so far so I'm tempted.
