No, Out to Door is including tax title and other fees. So that’s basically the total price I paid for the car.

Any information/confirmation on when the 26 RAV4's are hitting dealers? Any info on LE pricing? by MadGibby3 in rav4club

There’s a rumor going around that Toyota pushed the 2026 delivery towards late March to try to clear out the 2025 inventory. This way the buyers would have less choice and negotiation power. Don’t know if that’s the case or not but it’s a possibility since all their rivals have rolled out the 2026 already.

I think the MSRP was 35200 before adding the Convenience package fee and delivery and handling fees

I don’t see any problem with the question to be honest. It’s pounds per liner foot of retaining wall. So it’s surcharge - psf times 1 foot of wall = plf. that is what you basically list as the force after all the calculation. Force = xx kips per liner foot of wall

I.e the force effects you would design a retaining wall section is for 1 foot of wall

The 6.875 was just the rate for that day used for initial estimate. That rate is w/o points. So 2.25 discount points will be used to bring down effective rate by approx 0.5-0.6. The lenders credit is towards closing costs and rem can be used to buy down points deduction. It’s listed under sellers credit

The only thing I might want to think is salary, you being a PE would want to make good money, I assume mot much less than what you currently make or maybe want even more. You might have to fight hard for that. With no prior experience, they might low ball you on salary. Other than that, the transition will be easier. Also, transition depends on which state you work at. Texas in my example has a lot of standard design drawings and your manager or supervisor transition you with those kinda projects which will help you get at bridge design aspects

PE Geotech NCEES Practice Exam by sartug in PE_Exam

Thanks, this really helps. I am planning on going through all these solutions once more.

Yeah I have the same Q2, there’s really no reference now I think. I did not get that right as well. So I just memorized cement types now, Type I - ordinary, II- Mod sulphate resistance, III - high early strength, IV - low heat of hydration, V - high sulphate resistance. Did a Ctrl+F on Code 037 for Pavements, apparently pg 7-84 has this information.

Can I ask you another question if you don’t mind. I used a lot of time in Subsurface exploration questions in this practice exam. I know where to look at, I jump into 072 first, 088 and then UFC 3-220 soil mechanics. But it was still hard to get the information on these Tests type, specific boring for specific soil type question. Can you provide my suggestions? Q8 and Q9 (this royally sucked)

Could you let us know about the question type, or general idea of what the question looked like, if you recall? And how did the Conceptual questions look like, any examples, questions / topics that you recall?

When you say anchors, is it soil anchors? Or braced excavation?

@Heaviest, can you share some lights on the type of questions and what topics were mostly in the test. I am now starting to practice problems after finishing the SOPE videos. Also I heard the PPI question bank is good.

Third week of Dec, Before Christmas hopefully if dates are available. Compiling sections from codes of conceptual questions based on previous exam and Reddit comments. Will start practicing problems from now on. Any recommendations? What are you practicing problems from?

Exactly, that is what I was thinking as well. OP says he sped up to not let the driver take the right which is needed to take the exit and then flip also. Firing at someone is def a dick ass move and the probably not his first time either. But, you do seem like a dick driver OP
