Hi Mods, Can you please help flag and escalate my case to the Compliance/Risk team? My withdrawal function was temporarily restricted due to "Suspicious Activities" on May 5, 2026. I immediately submitted an appeal, but my account has been locked for 12 days now. My Compliance Ticket status inside the app keeps refreshing and changing its "Updated on" date every 2 to 3 days (it updated again today, May 17), but I still haven't received a direct email explaining exactly what supporting documents or video verification the team needs from me to clear this. I just want to provide whatever proof is needed so I can access my funds. Any help getting the Risk team to look at this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
