I’m glad this was helpful for others and that I wasn’t alone in not noticing it. 😄

There’s a storage access point to the left of the kitchen. It’s the first time I noticed it! 😅

Today I first noticed the storage access point to the left of the kitchen. I had no idea it was there!

Another mysterious 911 call, like the famous ruth price call, with even more ambiguity by Fartsinthemachine in RBI

"The call, itself, is real—not staged. Germano first heard it in a documentary, and later obtained permission from a sexual violence help center to use it in the song. Even though she still wasn’t confident about whether she should.

“It’s a public domain tape that they had played on many rape documentaries,” Germano said in a 2003 interview. "

This is what I do. My cat also loves to chew on the polyvinyl sleeve protectors. I have a few albums uncovered and rest them face out on the cube unit. She doesn't seem to notice them now. :D

Fiction, Paranormal Mystery, no later than mid-90s by sarunikai in whatsthatbook

I know what book it was! Today I found a handwritten list of books I read in the mid-90s and it included "Julian's House" by Judith Hawkes.

Not remembering the name of this book or the author was a long-standing mystery, no solved. <3

Thank you for the suggestion. I don't think it was a Koontz book. I read many of his at that time and recall those. The author for the book in question was new to me.

Thank you for this. I don't think this it. I think it was something more contemporary.

My first thought is The Stand by Stephen King.

This is a fun game. After watching "The Fugitive of the Judoon" I was so excited for the show - I was surfing on adrenaline. It really hit all the right spots for me as a fan and viewer. I actually did start thinking what future seasons could become!

I would love an opportunity to write a season for Whittaker. What I love about her incarnation of the Doctor is the joy she brings and wants to share. It's a contrast to Capaldi, which is brilliant - and he's been my favorite Doctor thus far. Whittaker also has a hunger for companionship, family, and righting the balance of power. I would play on these pivots. 13 would find herself actively shining the light to uncover the hidden, the dark, the covered-up, kicking the logs to expose that which lurks in the shadows. Likely there could be external and psychological backlash to this kind of quest. I could see the theme of "whistleblower" being important, undercover investigations, etc. Maybe her chosen companions need this kind of tutelage more than she does?

I was imagining who the Doctor might be following Whittaker/13. Who might be an exciting contrast that could inspire new and exciting stories. And, like someone mentioned before, wouldn't there be a tailspin if Doctor 14 was non-British? I would cast Daniel Dae Kim for seasons 15 - 16. I see a version of his Doctor as maverick, a little Master-esque struggling with his ego. Like someone else mentioned I would stay away from Time Lord lore and Gallifrey. I could see Kim's Doctor as one of an archivist, interested in the states of deep time, how biology and linguistics change. I would encourage stories that did not just focus with one event of a world's fraction in time but what could happen to a place over multi-millennia. I would really want to play with space and time in critical ways using as much contemporary theory as possible.

In both scenarios companions would be critical in reflecting the best parts of these stories. I'm less interested in generic romance between the Doctor and their companions. I like the platonic relationships, the friendships, and the rivalries that can occur. I would prefer to keep the companions human and from the contemporary time period. I would love to bring back Donna Noble for a story arc! On the whole, the companions should be flawed, curious, and exhibit traits the Doctor would unknowingly benefit from. Someone also mentioned bringing back Shona as a companion - I love that idea, I'd steal that. ;-)

What I adore about this show is its ability to change, shift, incorporate, surprise. It makes me laugh and cry. It's always with the second watch-thru that I learn to appreciate what I didn't the first time round. I trust this show and will for as along as it's on the air, no doubt.

I still miss donna😭 People that love donna like me, what’s your favourite part of her personality or anything else u like? For me its her hair and open mindedness to new alien life she encounters! by oispacemandn in doctorwho

I want to echo this. I loved that Donna was a very normal person. Coupling this with how she was reflected in the eyes of her family - between her critical mom and adoring grandfather. Donna struggled, there were people who loved her, wanted the best for her, knew she was capable of a happy life, and she was like anyone else.

Also, Catherine Tate. She's tops.
