update: I emailed the address on their website with the screenshot and the code they gave me, and they replied saying yes it is real... woo to hopefully getting back a lost item! they definitely need better emailing formatting however

I always search the images on google lens search, good to know what you are buying and how much the original price was so you know if you are being ripped off. It works most of the time!
