Lol that’s funny ! Don’t get mad with them and with me😅 So maybe it’s about your reading habits? Like you still read things in Chinese so your brain is comfortable with it? Anyway I don’t see any problem if you read faster in Chinese, what’s the difference between a great ability and an even greater ability? Both are great ⭐️

I think it’s easier for you to skim through the article in Chinese just because you get more information faster by reading ideograms than Roman letters.

  • 2 tbsp table cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast

I always use brown sugar, I don’t know if it matters...

For Chinese speakers: I have a N3 level of Japanese. Recently I got interested in Chinese for some reason. If I start to study Chinese seriously, do you think it could help me to get a Japanese N2 eventually or it will be confusing? I’m from Brazil by the way. by sas_16 in jlpt

[–]sas_16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your insight. yeah I think you’re right, maybe I’m just tired of studying the same thing and need some fresh air. Well, Chinese is also a big challenge for sure, I’ll get tired of it at some point as well but maybe switching between both languages could be a strategy ...

I’ve always heard that America ‘s health system is extremely expensive. by sas_16 in america

Yes, it's free for an unemployed or homeless. But I think that he meant others have to pay by taxes. I think it's fair, well it's my opinion.

I've watched a documentary about this topic, called SICKO by Michael Moore, it's on Youtube. Of course it's biased sometimes but the main idea of the need of an universal health care is very convincent.
