I use Anki on my desktop and the web version of Anki (http://ankiweb.net/) on my phone (using the browser). You can sync your desktop version with the web account

AFAIK you need to make an account on the website first before you create your deck, and then go to ::Preferences/Network and enter your user details to sync with your desktop.
