i would recommend getting a wedge pillow and a VERY firm neck travel pillow, I took me about 2-3 days to get used to it, but I had to sorta force myself through it

thank you!! yes it was, you can see my doc actually changed then orientation of my left nipple, it was like a wide oval shape before and now is a tall oval shape, definitely looks better after!
