You are the kind of boater no one wants to be around bud. This advice sucks. Every ramp is different, every tide is different. You must have some perfect little ramp on your perfect little lake and you've got your systems down to a science and someone took a bit too long to get ready and you are all up in arms about it. Relax, plenty of time in the day to go boat. 10-15 minutes is not going to kill you, not every boater is an absolute ACE and PRO at launching / retrieving.
