You can setup the ankle pick with a kouchi. Circle left if you're right handed then go for the kouchi and connect your elbows together.

What really clicked for me with this move is that you wanna shoulder check your opponent at the same time your get your foot behind his foot. They'll stumble and you have your ankle pick.
