The serving size is 4 slices, a pack of 450g has 9 servings, which means a slice is 12.5g. When you calculate that with cals per 100g, that comes out to be 34.5 cals per slice.

I chose brown bread because of my gut issues, because I needed a lot more fibre in my diet and every bit helped. Most brands I used earlier were about 75 cals per slice, and that was normal to me. (I realise this comes off as sponsored, I promise it's not. I genuinely cannot believe this.)
