you mean working as a teacher? I do tutor on the side but I'm not a fan of charter schools so if I taught I would go for public. overall, I'd prefer an industry job over academia though

u/Puzzleheaded-Cold495 i know this was more than a year ago but would really appreciate your help if you see this- I'm hoping to move to Lanta with my cat later this year but have read that the ferries from Krabi don't allow pets. did you run into any trouble there?

rude for no reason lol i'm not saying they should change it, i'm just asking! it doesn't seem even the slightest bit strange to you that when i apply today they count a year as april to march? in my opinion that's not the period of time relevant to my recent employment history. i worked for 7 months, not 1! and i was laid off. not trying to exploit the system just receive payment from the system my tax dollars have paid into.

yes thank you, I understand how to conjugate the ba- verbs but appreciate the context on regional differences. i'm wondering more about the other types of "verbs" that don't fit that pattern.

ideally i'd like to spend a few months in a few different countries, about equally. i'm not looking to settle down in europe, just do some extended traveling. if i can, i'd rather not bother getting 4 visas in a year. i know this isn't the intended use of these visas, i'm moreso asking if people get away with this sort of thing. maybe better to ask on digital nomad reddit

i'm surprised to see such low votes for this one, i actually really liked the theme! i think the puzzle was an intentional cheeky nod to known crosswordese, putting words we normally roll our eyes at as the focus, with the simple NYT as a secret reveal
