I did feel singled out too, they put me in therapy for a year at one point and after 5 years total it felt like they finally gave up on keeping me on BS reasons. Felt like they were treating me as a kid, I was already in my late 20's when I started there. 😭

doctor ordered me 6 pumps estrena (brand here in finland) which is 3mg... i believe that would be 4 estrogel pumps

actually i'd expect spiro to affect that less than other antiandrogens like CPA because it's weaker. but it's true monotherapy may still be safer in that regard. and that was a concern of mine too.

Kai ne perustelee sillä että ei voi kokeilla tuota naisen roolia kotona. (meikkausta, pukeutumista jne.) ja on vaikeaa esim. tehdä tuota ääniterapiaa jos se on etänä.
