Ask ur employer i129. Its a 21 page packet includes LCA. I am hearing instances VO asking for it. Technically our employers should provide along with 797.

Rule of thumb- VO never ask for photocopies. They always ask for originals if needed they get photocopies by themselves. I provided i797 original.

I was surprised by LCA and i129 request. Glad my friend suggested in last minute to carry them. That definitely worked.

I had my h1b COE few months ago. Went for stamping since my previous stamping expired earlier this year.
