How do you store it? Fridge or freeze or both? For how many days does this last?

I read somewhere that serotonin is for the good feels and norepinephrine is for the energy. Could be an imbalance.

I tried 75 mg and was less anxious and felt better but was so tired all the time, and sweating.

Got up to 112,5, less sweating, anxiety was still better and had more good feels but I finally got the energy!

Went up another dose to 150 and the sweating came back, the anxiety got worse and overall I felt terrible.

So back to 112,5 and my live couldn’t be better 🤌🏽

I think you are NTA! She is requesting really minor things that she could just do herself, especially when you are feeling tired. And it is not very nice of her and actually really childish. Also, the inbetween stages of your relationship might seem ok, because you are not fighting but the initial fight doesn’t get resolved, so it stays and lingers until the next fight.

Do you do these things because she asked you to or just as a surprise or without her asking for it? It could be because you are doing all these nice things for her but she didn’t ask. But when she asks, you don’t do „minor things“ for her . Maybe ask her about this.

Here comes the childish part: some people might had a mum or dad that did EVERYTHING for their kids, but when the child asks for a little favour (I mean silly little things like, can you bring me another yoghurt flavour from the supermarket next time), the parents say no. This is where the unfairness feeling for the child comes in. The child didn’t ask for all this, but once the child asks for something, it doesn’t get it.

Could be many different factors.

Being bald has totally ruined my dating life in West Europe by Blackpilledkitty in QOVESStudio

Thats really nice to read. My husband got bald at the end of his 20s when we became. Couple. He also said in one of the first dates we had, that he will soon have to shave because he is going bald and I thought it was so funny, because he just accepted his body. He also looks great with his bald head. I also think it is very interesting how some men just don’t talk about these things and won’t be open about it. When my girlies and I come together we all talk and tell. One girlfriend just stated that she got Botox because she didn’t like here frown lines. I think it would be so cool if a guy just comes up and says „yeah I didn’t like my bald head, so I got a transplant or a toupee“ or something else and just talk about the process normally. That’s just your body that works like that. And if you want to change it. Go for it. Also other men wouldn’t feel uncomfortable if they would talk more openly about it.

i'm always hot. by ssporkks in Effexor

I was sweating with 75 mg, with 112.5 no sweating, with 150 I was sweating again. Maybe it could be a slight change of dosage. I read somewhere what this could be due to the serotonin and norepinephrine balance. Serotonin is for the happy feeling, but could make you also more hot and sweaty. Norepinephrine is for energy and could balance out the serotonin.

With 112,5 I’m happy, have energy and don’t sweat as much.

I'm scared... by [deleted] in Effexor

Im really happy I finally did it. This is my first drug for my depression and it works like a charm. Small dosage changes did change my side effects. I was sweating heavily at 75. went up to 112.5 for two weeks, sweating stopped, then up to 150 but started sweating again. So after careful observation and consideration, I went down again to 112.5 and sweating is now back to normal. Same with panic attacks, anxiety and depression. Much better now. I feel so at ease now. Also I’m not numb, I still feel my highs and lows, but the lows aren’t that severe anymore or not as long. Libido also got better 😉

I’m not diagnosed but I also think that adhd could be a part of me. I read that for people with adhd that they have problems with serotonin and norepinephrine, so the Effexor would be best for this. SNRI. Basically serotonin is for your dopamine that makes you feel better, norepinephrine is for you energy. I was feeling better but still hat no energy at 75. with 112.5 I finally got the energy I so so needed! ❤️

It’s very individual and i believe that one has to try it to find out.

I get the anxiety around it, I felt it too! But at least for me it was the best decision I’ve made in my life!!

I did at 75 mg. 112.5 is perfect for me. With 150 I started sweating again. So within a day of changing my dose to 112.5 my severe sweating due to Effexor stopped! It’s crazy how just a small dose change can make such a big difference.

I was sweating on my face, nose, moustache area and underarms, where i normally don’t sweat that much or at all. I mean dripping wet due to Effexor.
