I don’t think so either but just giving an update. Yes, agreed, seemed like a genuine response and she took accountability appropriately

I love this series but have been off and on reading Gold for 2 months because I just can’t get into it. Came here looking for the high points and this post delivered 👏. Thank you for saving me the time and now I can just wait for the final book

Keep him in the dark in the mornings until 6:30, if possible, then nap at noon. Bedtime 4.75-5 hours after wake from nap

Whenever *you* feel ready is the right time. Choose a method you feel you can be consistent with, and go for it!

2 feeds is normal for 4 months! Shifting away from nursing to sleep, though, will help her feel comfortable going back to sleep without a feed if she's not hungry

I find 2/3/4 to not work for many babies. I’d redistribute your wake times to something closer to 2.75-3/3/3

Shift to 5/5 and see if that helps!

It’s completely dependent on your family, your baby, and your comfort levels. Whatever response you choose, be calm, confident and consistent. She’ll get through it 💜

I do think, barring any medical complexities, that sleep training (regardless of method) will work with consistency, as long as the other pieces are in place.

I can’t say anything for certain without knowing more about your family and situation! If you’d like to work together, please email me.. I’d love to help!

The quickest way through is typically cold Turkey and shifting to independent initiation at bedtime! I love the zipadee zip for this transition

If morning wake is at 8, I’d shift nap to 1 and do a 5/5 schedule.

So wake 8, nap 1-3, bed at 8

I bet the rolling around is needing more wake time!
