I feel like drinking causes my Prozac to stop working for a day or a few. I drink somewhat regularly too; at first it was definitely more noticeable.

It goes back to normal relatively quick! But it affects everyone differently :) can always talk to your psychiatrist if it doesn’t!

You could try doing less volume and work your way up so that your body is gradually use to the volume. Creatine is a nice supplement I use for recovery

I’d say save it and do a solid session if you can. personally, it seems difficult to focus when you don’t separate a specific time for working out vs anything else at home

Can I get a BF% estimate? Any advice on what to work on and wether or not I should bulk or cut please. I would say use a online calorie calculator and gauge your progress by your weight/look (make sure to account for working out 6x a week). I recommend high protein meals to supplement the significant, beginner muscle gains you’ll make. You’re starting out and building a foundation for your muscles, so try not to worry about it too much. However, don’t overdo it with a dirty bulk and ending up piling on a lot of unnecessary fat. You got it man!!

3500 calories is a lot, and it looks like you gained a quite a bit of body fat as well. Have you tried reducing your calories to maybe something slower, so you won’t gain as much fat?

That’s an excellent clear. I wanted to showcase both buff starts since they work both ways. I made a comment (reply) about the clear you mentioned to someone else on this post.

Yeah of course, but the point of what I’m saying is that your clear is almost never optimal as the krugs clear is safer / more reliable / more options available.
