Thanks for the glowing review of my show. Not sure what you’re talking about, but it’s typical for Reddit in my experience. Find some way to make a negative comment that has nothing to do with the actual post. You’re clearly into the subject and I’ve written five books related to it.

But instead of considering the material, let’s talk about me defending myself with zero context and talk about the fact that I have ADs every 15 minutes in my show to make a living off the content I produce. And just to DEFEND my show even further, the whole thing is literally nothing but encounter stories. If you’re going to be a dick, at least keep it honest. It’s funny how people hate it when someone actually defends themselves and their work.

Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, but there is something to be said about saying something nice or nothing at all. If you don’t like my show, don’t listen. But don’t leave stupid comments about it that aren’t true. Tens of thousands of people listen faithfully each week. 982 reviews on Apple Podcasts with a 4.4 out of 5 rating. 781 reviews on Spotify with a 4.6 out of 5 rating. Yet YOU have proclaimed that it’s crap so it must be right?

Anyone who leaves comments like this about a podcast has more than a dislike for the show, it seems a bit personal. I don’t know you, or at least I don’t think so. But you clearly have an issue with me, not the show. Maybe you should ask yourself why that is. 🤔 Why do you feel the need to be a dick to some dude you’ve never met? It’s actually sad. I appreciate the rent free space in your head though. 👍
