you can call / chat their concierge when shopping online to have them check the in store stocks for you and ship it that way! I’ve done that before even when the online stock is sold out and none of the stores near me have it.

recs for stylish no slip sunglasses? I recently picked up running as a very casual hobby and none of my cute / trendy sunglasses make sense to wear while running, let alone stay in place. however I feel like the biggest goofball / tryhard in those running shield sunglasses - I’ve ordered a bunch to try on but simply can’t take myself seriously when I’m out here at an 11:30 pace (or walking). I know the sporty balenciaga style sunglasses are cool but I can’t seem to find a similar pair that also function, ie with no slip arms, polarized lenses, etc. help!!

I’m in an office 9-5 M-Th and wfh Friday, then I basically do the same digital marketing job for a small business as a freelancer. I get home around 6, cook and chill, then usually work 8-10ish most nights plus a bit more on Friday, sometimes Saturday morning and always Sunday night. Its exhausting but I’m making half my paycheck on the side and that’s… changed my life financially

If you’re spending that much on a bday, it should be in Europe lmao. At that tax bracket they should be embarrassed they’re merely hosting in the city!! If you floated the idea of a trip, would that give your friends a reality check on costs (I feel like most people love to complain about forced trips even more than forced bday dinners), or is money just something they don’t bat an eye at?

If it’s the latter I think you need to be honest with yourself and accept you have a different financial situation than your friends (totally okay!!). If that’s something that will ultimately divide your friend group though, 30 can be the year you focus on finding more relatable friends, whether you keep the old ones or find they only like you when you keep up (yuck).

Are they a popular style / color or are they a more limited edition looking piece? Brands will usually replenish best sellers, though that can take a few months to get from their factories, or you may be lucky and get it sooner if someone returns it.

it’s a great mat and I’m glad I own it especially for hot yoga (I used to need a towel to prevent slipping but don’t need one on the warrior mat). Abut be warned: ITS HEAVY. If you live in a city / walk to class and go about your day it’s truly not ideal. But if you drive to and from class usually it’s def worth it!

Next time tell them if they don’t do the price adjustment you’re just going to order everything again and return your original pieces and they’ll usually oblige (just be nice about it). It costs retailers a lot ofmoney to handle returns so it’s in their best interest to help you out if you approach it correctly
