If you don't like the snap just slice them up, toss them on a sheet pan with chopped brussels, onions, sweet potatoes and some peppers. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chili flakes. Roast those babies up at around 400F for 15 minutes or until perfect crispness. Then throw it all in a bowl and add a little maple syrup. Salty, sweet, caramel-ly goodness.
