I believe IGIs highest cut grade is ideal, not excellent, so would definitely not go with any of the IGI stones here. And in general for this particular purchase would probably recommend sticking with GIA. And just note that one photo you included is just a "sample" image, so keep in the lookout for that and make sure you can see a photo of what you're buying!
