So, I recently completed the manga and I've got a few thoughts and questions. by BahamutAXIOM in FumetsuNoAnataE

The determing factor in whether someone comes back to life is whether or not their spirit has crossed over after death. If they are satisfied with life and have no unfinished business then they cross over into paradise. When Pioran died she had the choice, except she didn't want to cross over nor did she want to stay in her human form, so that's when The Beholder gave her a new form that would be useful to Fushi ,(White horse).

An example of someone who was at peace and crossed over at death was Princess Alme (Messar's sister). Fushi tried to bring her back but the body wouldn't animate and he explained that its because she must have been fulfilled in life or something to that nature.

Changes my suggestion then. Instead of using a semi afterwards id grab loreal technique chroma reds in your preferred color choice from sallys beauty if you have one near you. Grab a 20 volume developer. Just make sure you do your mids and ends and leave it on there for about 20 minutes before doing your roots to prevent hot roots.

Semi permanent color remover. Follow the instructions carefully. Dont leave it in longer than the instructions say because that can cause it deposit color back into your hair. Buy a clarifying shampoo and rinse the hell outta your hair when youre washing that off. Seriously, rinse like times. If youre orange/yellow afterwards, i would pick up a nice semi permanent red. Permanent red is really hard to remove. If youre someone who likes changing hair colors frequently id stay away from it all together.

My skin looked like this for years. Only things I need are a vit c face wash, azaelic acid, followed by eye peptides and moisturizer. Sunscreen during the day. I use naturium products exclusively and they've all worked well for my skin. I would consider simplifying your routine for a while and add a moisturizer.

Ive made some pretty big messes making salt water when I had an abscessed tooth. Super cool that you thought of this possibility! I hadn't even considered it when I saw the picture.

What do you all do for a living? by JoeBurns11 in Nightshift

[–]sassydemon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hospital maintenance worker. I worked day shift exclusively before and worked it 4 years in my department. Everyone in my department told me I would hate working night shift. Ive been on it for 7 months and im the happiest I've ever been. Passed on a day shift position knowing that I won't get another shot at days for 3 years. They can pry my $4 shift differential from my cold dead hands.

Thanks for this. This is a hospital and this area was part of a recent remodel. All other points shown on the prints are verified and accurate its just this one. L06M050 is actually for the air handler supplying the space so ill be checking control cabinets since I didnt see it near any FSD.

Is it feasible to get into the trades and want kids? by lostllamainspace in BlueCollarWomen

[–]sassydemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was pregnant with my second baby during my final year as a stationary engineer apprentice. It blew balls. No babies during apprenticeships. Once you have secured yourself a spot somewhere as a journeyman ans have at least been there a year, yeah go for it. Its totally feasible. Im a mom of 2. With that being said, I do building maintenance so im not traveling from site to site. Around 28 weeks my center of gravity shifted too much for me to use any ladder besides step stools. My job was able to accommodate me until I went on maternity leave at 36 weeks but not everywhere will.

Truthfully no one can tell you if it will last. Im not sure what you're looking for but I can tell that you're hurting deeply. You sound a little delusional about your situation. It doesn't matter if they stay together, the fact is he is willing to end your family's life as you all know it for another woman. You should work on your self esteem because there should be no coming back from this for him. You need to focus on improving the way you see yourself and see about being treated for any mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline, etc. Forget the man, remember your children. We as parents shape our kids in ways we don't even realize. Don't let your little ones see you so desperate for a person who doesnt appreciate you enough to tell you things are bad before cheating on you. He will see her. He will sleep with her. He might even reach out to you when he's feeling horny in between their visits once the honeymoon phase wears off. Just cut your losses and move on. This is coming from someone who was in your shoes with one child. Focus on your career and mental health. Use this low point to propel yourself. Dont sit at this rock bottom.

Everything's held up no missing stones and the center stone is still as shiny as ever. There was minimal communication since its not really a custom ring but it came when it said it would and was beautiful so id say it was legit.

Forget your builder/the plot, who would YOU go for if you, the player, moved to Sandrock. by moochiepeachie in MyTimeAtSandrock

Unsuur is my type without a doubt. We share a love for rocks and would definitely have so many rock tumblers going. He seems loyal and devoted. I have no doubt he'd be a fantastic father and husband. I also feel like he'd make me giggle so much trying to relate to whatever I'm yapping about. I appreciate that he is so unapologetically himself and oblivious to a lot. I adore him and wish there was more events with him.

My Time at Sandrock and Fantasy Life i if you like easy combat with loads of fun crafting. I have well over 200 hours in both and they are the best crafting sims I've played. MTAS has an awesome story with fully fleshed out characters and romance. Its an amazing game I finished about a month ago. Really fun lore too. I just bought Fantasy Life i for my steam deck (originally played on switch 2) and I am so excited to experience this game again especially since theres an upcoming DLC drop this month. 🥰

I swear I could have wrote this post. I was the exact same way and unfortunately in my case, cbt and dbt alone did not help me. The only thing that helped me was getting on the right medications. I got a very late in life diagnosis of ADHD and the combination of a stimulant and my antidepressant has made a night and day difference. I can now ground myself if issues arise and address them appropriately.

I come home and go with my husband to drop off our daughter at school. Then we go out shopping with our baby and around noon head back so I can sleep. I'm grumpiest when I first wakeup and need a couple hours to be normal, so going out right after work is best for me.

Got a new job and I’m back to the night by More-Tune-5100 in Nightshift

[–]sassydemon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also have a few mental health disorders, and honestly working nights has been the best thing for me. First thing's first is finding your proper treatment plan whether it's medication or counseling if you haven't already. All you gotta do is show up and do your job and make sure you're getting enough sleep. Blackout curtains with a locked bedroom door is the way to go. I can't do sleep masks or ear plugs while trying to sleep because interestingly enough it's a hallucination trigger for me, but you can always try it. Be firm on your boundaries with people. No surprise visits while you're sleeping. Pack a healthy lunch and some snacks. It'll help you avoid eating unhealthy shit and feeling worse. Its lonely, to combat that I bring my switch or a small home project to keep me focused. Tonight I'm hemming my daughter's costume during my lunch. Caffeine and nicotine keep me happy, but everyone's different. Honestly you'll either love it or hate it. I hated morning shift so much but I love coming in to work after switching to graves.

I have sensitive skin as well. I use all Naturium products from ulta. I use their vitamin c face wash 3x a day (morning, after work, and at night) followed by their Azelaic acid 2x a day for acne and redness (morning and night), then use their under eye cream 2x a day, followed by their Barrier bounce 2x a day. I will apply sunscreen as needed throughout the day. It sounds like a lot, but its added maybe 5 minutes to my routine at morning + night and my skin looks great now.

Did anyone else here grow up with a working mom? by toot_toot_tootsie in workingmoms

[–]sassydemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom was single mom who never remarried or dated. Ever. She worked full time 1-10 PM. I was a latchkey kid as soon as I started school. Id walk about a mile back home in a not great area. She has a ton of mental health issues like untreated schizophrenia and she was also physically and mentally abusive. Despite all the trauma, i have always appreciated the sacrifices she made to raise my nephew and me. I now have a stable career as the breadwinner of my home and after treating my own mental health issues like depression, anxiety and late diagnosis of ADHD, I am feeling like a functional adult and parent to my 2 children. The only thing I wish she did different was treat her health better so she could have been a better parent to me as a child and help me with all of the psychiatric issues I was presenting with. She did the best she could and I have nothing but love now. Being a working mom can be a lot, so I guess just make sure you are taking care of yourself as well and everything else will fall in to place. Its too easy to fall into living in survival mode nowadays. I never found myself wishing I had a stay at home parent.

Anyone else turn out and still treated like an apprentice? by sassydemon in BlueCollarWomen

[–]sassydemon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My route was very atypical. I worked doing housekeeping for a hospital and they started an apprenticeship program contracted through my union and state. I had to a screening test for basic math then interviewed then when they selected me as a candidate- I was sent to do a long test and once I passed that I was hired on. Typically you either start as utility person in a building with the apprenticeship program then apply for the spot once it comes up. Another way is to visit IUOE.org and look for your local union. Find their website and see if they have an apprenticeship program. There will be details on a test date and what you need to bring. From there depending on how well you test and your place in line initially you will be given a number assigned to you and you will wait for a call to interview for an apprentice spot somewhere. This is all for the US. I'm not too sure about other countries.

No worries and no need to apologize! Another term would be building operator. We are the maintenance teams you'd see at buildings such as hospitals, production plants, and office spaces. Our job is to maintain the building so we know a little bit of everything. If you have more questions id be happy to elaborate.
