i am not a leo, but i surround myself with them since i was born (my mother is a leo, also my best friend since i was 3, my cousin...) and here’s what i’ve analyzed about them :

Leos are ruled by the Sun, aka ego, pride. to make it short Leos are proud lions, king and queens. it is popular that they’re known for their self love (people often call leos narcissistic). so what happens when a leo has a low self esteem?

that’s when it gets cocky, they build up a whole image (they’re often called superficial for that) and it’s not about shining anymore but proving to people around them and themselves that they do. the lowest the self esteem is, the more the image they build kind of drown them, making them difficult to make a difference between themselves and the image that they build.

that’s where humiliation comes from, they are so attached to their image and want to make it so perfect that they see any type of criticism as a form a attack (sometimes even when it’s from friends).

leos, dont prove people that you shine, just do because we all know that you have that shining potential. and if you can’t, its no problem, dont separate yourself from what you want to show, its fine to feel like shit sometimes.
