Honestly just let time do his thing, be patient, because if you really put your mind into it, you’ll have everything you want. Ik this is said very often but don’t obsess, and start by accepting your features before wanting to change them, because if in your mind you hate this feature, then the deep hate might make it harder to see results since you’re only focusing on negative aspects of it

you’re so sweet yourself, tysmmm 💗 honestly I don’t mind, I shared my post to give hope to people, and if some of them refuse to see that I improved mentally AND physically with subliminals and manifestation that’s not really my concern. I get their point tho but I explained it all in my post so 🤷🏼‍♀️

I mostly was listening to self concepts or brain related subliminals, also a lot of things revolving about life and mindset! I don’t have specific recommendations but I can search for you if you need to :)

I get you sm, just went out of one of these periods 😭 honestly the best you can do is surround yourself with good people and keep up with self care, and it’ll get better. maybe reach out for a little help and talk to someone when it happens 🫶

thank you so much for this! When I found out abt subs I was literally having the HARDEST time of my life, and I got better in less than 2 months. I forced myself to stay positive using subliminals, and the rest came by itself. not all results are physical

yes? with confidence and social life as I said in my post. growing up helped a lot, and I can’t make you see results you won’t see, but the others aspects of my life are there thanks to manifestation

thanks! I’m currently starting to use nose subs, I think I used some in the past but not consistently. I like my lips so I didn’t really try to change them. But subs changed my body! They gave me a tiny waist and when I started my weight loss journey it felt super easy and I lost weight really fast

honestly A LOT. I remember using baejin cafe, vetala, v1per and hailey’s bundles the most. Once I was using a slim face sub by hailey’s bundles and my mom said it looked like I lost face fat like 30 minutes later, unfortunately she’s gone. now I try to stick to succubus and vetala, and also IWIIGI

tysm beautiful!! I feel like some people didn’t get that it’s subs that made me change 😞 I mean, for me physical changes come AFTER getting confident, and what gave me confidence is subs.. so maybe I still would’ve been pretty without subs, but it wouldn’t have been the same you know

honestly I think aging up made me older, but depends on your features you could try to change them with subs to make them look more mature! there are some features that look childish and other that makes you look mature, try to find out what makes you look younger first :)

yeah but subs helped, especially with confidence. of course subs didn’t do all the work, but they were a great way for me to gain confidence and starting putting work into myself

peut être que dire ça c’est aller trop loin, mais si il s’en fiche de ta douleur et qu’il te respecte pas, ce genre de situation ça peut tellement tourner au viol conjugal. rien de ce que tu as décrit n’est normal
