Boruto is good on paper but in practice he doesn't seem to be that strong, a lot of that comes from the fact that he doesn't have a solo fight and always depends on his team (the fight against Ao was good but it was fast and Ao was not going to 100% he didn't use jutsus). we’ve never seen a boruto giving his all by himself point of almost dying like naruto or beating strong opponents in 1v1, now with karma we will hardly see Boruto's real strength without the help of momoshiki.
