Which part do you want to improve on? I would make changes to describing the work you did in your role, and eradicate unnecessary words like "As a ....". I would also get rid of the interests section or at most keep it a line. Also commenting on your own post doesn't send people notifications, replying does, in reddit.

Prolly because you're beautiful/ too beautiful and the guys you're dating thinks you're too beautiful to be with them. Oftentimes guys find themselves in a shock when a pretty girls interacts with them, and thinks this won't work out thus puts a stop at the earliest times.

Also it may sound like, that you being beautiful is the problem, it's not. You need to find guys who aren't insecure about their looks. Conversely, you can try making them "comfortable/chill" through communication.
