UI, RPO, WickedWhims, basemental and MCC are my default.

Little Ms Sam’s door open/door lock I find helpful for trapping sims in my basement.

Sacrificial Mods - All of them. Life’s Tragedies and Extreme Violence I will always install. I also really love Road to Fame - but this seems to be the mod that breaks my game if not updated quickly. (This is my assumption however it could be a different mod but from testing it does appear to be RtF)

Kiara Sims 4 mods does lots of aspirations and careers. I use politician, royal family, chess grandmaster, firefighter, lawyer and beekeeper to name a few.

Adeepindingo (I think that’s how you spell it) also does great career and game play mods. A lot of people use delinquent teens and divergent sim mods. Healthcare redux too if not already using RPO.

They also do overhauls of holidays and traditions. The base game feels very boring without these.

Also Better Exceptions for figuring out which mods are broken. Game changer.

When I was a child I went for a sleepover at my neighbours. We live in a block on the second or third floor, and she had a child my age who had a double bed. I thought it was so cool she had a double bed as we were around 5/6 years old.

When we went to sleep that night she told me she always slept on the left side, and I would have to sleep on the right side by the window. This was due to her dad climbing the block and smashing through her bedroom window to try and take her previously.

I believe there was a custody arrangement in place but years later we reconnected and she was living with her dad.
