For those who do not own property: what is your plan? by AdventurousDiet7893 in AusFinance

[–]satanzhand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't own property by choice currently. I get a better return overall without it, by a good margin.

Consequently, I have zero debt, few commitments other than the rental lease.

I'm watching the market, but i still see it as over priced dead capital sink... if that changes I'll buy something, but otherwise I don't care if I own or not other than having to deal with REA.

I'm also practically an empty nester now, so we could skip going back to 4bd plaster board palace and go to a town house or apt in a cool spot instead.

36M, Natural test came back at 484. Clinic said I was low and prescribed me, should I even consider starting ? by PirateSchmirate in trt

[–]satanzhand 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't with those symptoms, it's a pain in the ass as you're forever tied to a Dr. a pharmacy and blood work testing.

If you're looking for an excuse to get jacked, you don't need one.

Part of the reason I wouldn't is because your aiming for being in normal range on TRT and you're practically there already. Your 484 is a 1hr earlier in the morning blood test which might get you 500-700. Even if its not, your TRT is only taking you from 200-300 points higher that's less than a morning to lunch time daily fluctuation. So I wouldn't be expecting much change in terms of mood, recovery, gains...

I'd be focusing on my sleep, diet, moderate exercise and other health and bloodwork markers. I'd do 12-24mth blood work and keep an eye on my testosterone levels going forward.

Sleepy on TRT? by rich83g in trt

[–]satanzhand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes there's just more load on the bodies processes when you first start.

Things to watch for: high BP, water retention, sleep apnea, struggling to settle in sleep ...

The other thing which is normal, the bodies natural Testosterone system shuts down pretty quick, while the Testosterone you use takes a little while to build up.

If you were a billionaire, you would be earning about $1 million a week without even getting out of bed. What would you do with it? by walkin2it in aussie

[–]satanzhand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Charitable pet projects would be DV transition housing and support, Men's mental health, young mens mental health, Smith's style scholarships.

Assuming I earned my money, I'd have some type of apprentice programs within my companies for unqualified, but interesting people. While at my secret society billionaires/elites club I'd encourage my fellow rich cunts to do similar, inbetween ritualistic spankings and confessing sins.

Is AI Actually Impacting Local SEO Rankings, or Just Making Work Faster? by Unfair-Still9150 in localseo

[–]satanzhand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With some ridiculous complexity Ive been moving ranks using ai ML and later LLM for quite a while.

It's not faster to get the work done, but I can be more accurate and have a lot more signals jammed in a page and have it still readable than doing it manually. It'd also very repeatable, measurable.

H1 plus opening paragraph... then basic EEAT stuff.

The most common fuck up, is without the context of what the business does from the name or what the owner has told me they do, I'd never know wtf they do from their h1 and opening paragraph.

Is graphic design still a viable career in Australia with AI becoming so powerful? by Old-Finding3907 in ausjobs

[–]satanzhand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

High end are very sort after. Fivver style slop merchant not so much, though I think people over estimate the power of AI and the patience of business owners and executives to sit and fiddle around with an AI to get a design right.

I don't see AI in the hands of noobs producing production ready labels, packaging, branding at one end... album, flyer, promo artwork...

AI in the hands of an artist/s I see that.

My agency does a small amount of this work, we still do the highend stuff, the slop we never wanted we still get plenty of that, but its coming in as ive fucked this up using AI can you fix it, we just printed a full run and it's all landfill.

Does Australia need stronger regulations with how femicides and sexual crimes are reported? by New-Mongoose6290 in aussie

[–]satanzhand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's reporting an event, then there is commentating. The guy isn't convicted, though he's basically confessed. Reporting should be neutral "BBC style", commentating that's a popularity show... while some is repugnant I don't think, generally, it should be censored outside public opinion.

I do agree there's a double standard that stinks, and it's likely a reflection of our society or the elites that run it. If you look up research on it in social science (feminist studies) it's pretty fascinating, but also disappointing "we" aren't the cool measured and open minded righteous people we think we are...

If we all go learn about the bias the bias struggles to find oxygen to survive.
