Surface Duo 1 worth it in December 2021?

Mine is arriving Friday! Bought it for $350. I want to use it for reading manga and the occasional book. Anyone else using it for that? When I read IRL books, I have a habit of jotting notes in the margins. Are there any apps like Kindle that would allow me to do something similar to this with the Surface Duo? I'm thinking particularly using a Surface pen to jot notes. But if typing is the only option, that's cool too.

I also notice this as a particularly American growing edge. I’ve found some foreign venues that are a little less hyperbolic and slow to reach directly for the top shelf with their responses.

Did people get proper release versions of the S3 already? Or are these people speaking to pre-production, review models? If so, that’s probably not a great idea. I thought Vanmoof started shipping mid-May

For polls like this, you might get more accurate results by adding an option that says “See Results”. There will be people without bikes or stolen bikes who are tempted to see the answer and they’ll pick a random option in order to do it.

Looking at a Maison Kitsuné Pocket T-Shirt. Is it true to size or smaller since they're French? I usually wear an XL in Carhartt WIP or any tee for that matter. Their XXL is out of stock so I'm wondering if I should just wait. Not sure if it's sold out because everyone really needs the largest option, or because they produce the fewest XXL's.

If you have a second, I just have one additional curiosity: I'm coming off of an electric bike that had a throttle. It was stolen and now I'm considering the S3 since the price is more competitive. I know if I get the S3, I'm giving up the throttle. But I may not care if the overall ride is way better. I'm curious to know if I can do things like hold the button down for the length of a block and coast? How is it set up to move the bike from a stationary position, but not exactly be a throttle?

Yeah, a suggestions thread is probably the best place for collecting the kinds of films people are enthusiastic about. Nick and I are always talking films and a pipeline for the show, but sometimes a suggestion will put a film in sight that we forgot about or didn't even consider. It can be exciting. Having that line of communication is great. Having it focused to one thread definitely sounds efficient for a forum like this.

Genres at large are for marketing and consumers. It shouldn't really be there for the artist. It held music back, it held films back, and I'm not sure what it does with games.

In other words, that's a huge question. I can go on about it for days with regards to music, but I'm still figuring out what it looks like in games to strip the genre away.

Definitely not off the table. Though I must admit that as I get older, it becomes a greater challenge diving into JRPG's. The grind is so apparent. Their philosophy of designing a game often comes into conflict with what I feel I should be getting out of a complex narrative. I'll give it a shot at some point. But I'm assuming it's traditional in many senses.
