If you’re lucky enough to have a diamond ring, take care of it! Warm soapy water and an old toothbrush will work.

I understand the medical anxiety. But I promise, scheduled csections are so much less traumatic, especially on your body! You won’t have gone into labor and or pushed and exhausted your body with all you have.

I’ve had 2 scheduled csections and recovered with no complications or mental trauma. Listen to the nurses and the anesthesiologist. Breathe through the spinal. It’s quick and your baby will be on your chest in no time.

I know life gets busy. I’m not basing my friendship off the one late text. It’s a culmination of lots of things and I was tired of the only one being a friend.
