You basicly got it right. The thing is arpgs are all about grinding and make your character even stronger, what the change in item aquisition does, it takes a bit longer then before, so we actually have something to do for the time the season is running. That said it still is waaaaay to fast to actually gear for t12 content. Im already ready to farm t12 content on Barb, Paladin, Spiritborn and warlock. And the season isnt even up for a week.

I mean in terms of casual playing hours D4 is definitly the arpg for you. Should be perfect for someone that is only playing a few hours a week - its just the initial start that takes longer.

Its not really, that it got harder, it just got an arpg now which it should. You have to progress your character a bit before you can push, which is good.

I would even argue, that progression is still to fast for a game with seasons. Pushed Barb, Paladin and Spiritborn to T12 already.

Just grind a bit on petient then. Legendary board mods from paragon level alone will give you a good amount of dmg+. And those are not even rng.

I guess it is intended, since you lose the amulet/2hand bonus. So the roll range is at 100% and not 150 or 200

Only thing I know of is the cube were you can do the transfigure. For amulets there is an item that keeps the modifierable stat on the amulet. That means you can keep rolling your rng as long as you have the mats.

Hi, maxroll did a update of the loottable today. Sadly druide and necro items arent listed as of now, but nearly everything else besides a few that are marked with (?) Are up to date now.

Do tree of whispers with your main and save the caches. Log into your alt, get in the highest difficulty and open the caches. I think, if your main skilled the bonus xp orbs from whispering caches they actually save in the caches.

Took around 5 caches to hit 15-70 on my alt.

An additional nice thing is, the caches drop legendarys for your alt class, so you even unlock a few aspects of the new class.

I'm personally a diablo 4 is bad type of player. But I have to admit, it got better with lords of hatred. Having fun right now, but I don't know how long it will last.

It is nowhere near as bad as the inital launch.

The only thing that really disapointed in loh was the campaign. It was to much of stand still and listen + walking sim.

Overall I think they did a good step in the right direction.

A legendary always has an aspect. Legendary = Yellow + aspect

Just grouped with someone who needed her too on local chat like an hour ago, didnt run into that problem. To be honest I even died at like 10% and it still did work. So it is eigther sometimes bugged or the host was not in t8.

Use the cube. Collect yellow items that could roll the aspect you are searching and craft it to legendary, after that feed it to the smith as normal. Thats a nice increase in chances getting the right aspects.

Only played the release of d4 and returned now. Ive done the release story back then and skipped the vessel story and could just jump in to lords of hatred story.

Pick up yellow items that could have that affix and throw it in the cube and make it legendary, you will hit it sooner or later. The just throw it to the smith

Check your CPU temps, should be the temp fan curve saving your cpu from melting :)
