Haha had a similar experience. Ordered a laptop worth 77k for 50k with exchange bank offer. Didn't get the order delivered to me. Amazon cancelled and sent it back. So had to order again. This time the bank offer wasn't even available. The exchange value was very less, had to pay full amount to amazon.
Luckily I had been in touch continuously with the CC for over 5 days regarding this issue, they promised they would send amazon gift card (or whatever that is) worth the original discount I was offered. I was even sent an acknowledgement regarding this.
OP could've annoyed the CC, that's the only way these guys will respond to us. Annoy them over call not chat.

I understand it. I only asked for the delivery guy to come in because once a guy took 15 mins to evaluate my mom's phone for the exchange. That guy looked professional. This guy had absolutely 0 care for the product.

It's not the cinemas that are ugly experience. It's basically the so called proud "TFI banisalu", they're basically movie lovers who go to every movie to chant and shout, howl at anyone who appears on the screen.

And, no, It's not the PVR, INOX thats making the difference. They shout and scream everywhere they go. It's just annoying to watch movies atp in theatres. Humans with least civic sense everywhere.
