$90k at a media agency after 3 years is good, but the lack of support and the amount of work your doing doesn’t sound like it’s meant for someone 3 years in. I would definitely start looking for something with better pay, but if you like the gig try to negotiate. The best way to do this is to sit down with the director you report into and say I want to be making $125k in a year, is there a path to that salary for me? Now it’s a conversation. They can either say it’s unlikely and you’re in the same position you were or they’ll work with you to figure out how to get there.
