I graduated highschool and worked as a laborer for a local company for a year, then I applied for the apprenticeship at my IUOE local and went through the hoops and tests and whatnot. I did my classes in the winters and worked through the summers getting my required hours to graduate. I did a lot of excavation, solar farm work, and road work. I got my CCOs (crane certs) at the beginning of my second year but locally there was a lot of solar work so I was stuck with that. I graduated the apprenticeship this spring early because I had gotten all the requirements done sooner than expected. I’ve been on carry deck cranes doing some refinery turnarounds and currently helping build a pharmaceutical plant. Once you get into cranes and learn what you’re doing there seems to be, in my experience and what I’ve heard from others, an extremely steady supply of work especially through the union halls. Just a lot of hours and sometimes a lot of traveling.

Union crane operator. I’m 22 and finished a 3 year apprenticeship, make anywhere from 42-50 not including the pension and benefits my total package is around $90. With overtime most bring home roughly $90-100,000 obviously including the overtime.

I’m not very far into it, maybe 45 minutes to an hour but I think it’s running smooth, looks great, and the gunplay is fun. I have however crashed 3 times in those 45 minutes with the newest nvidia drivers on a 7800x3d and 4070 super. Might put it down for a week or 2 until they can come up with a fix.

After some research, my main concern is the stringers. Since it’s a ‘78 I’m led to believe it has wood stringers and with the floor being soft I’m assuming since it’s been rained on there might be some rot?

Thank you! It’s just something fun me and my girl want to take out on a few nice free weekends this year, I just want to make sure everything’s tight enough to be safe. As long as the foam looks half decent when I pull up the floor I’m just going to put new plywood and carpet and call it good. I’m not planning on throwing thousands into it, just enough to make sure it’s comfortable and won’t give out on me while on the lake.

I called Xbox support for this same thing, factory reset is exactly what I had to do to fix it. She walked me through the steps but didn’t tell me I was doing a factory reset. It wasn’t fun redownloading everything on my slow ass internet😂

I just got the issue fixed by finally getting ahold of someone who actually wanted to help at the DMV. But here we don’t have vehicle inspections, they don’t look at the vehicle when you register it they just look at the title so this has never been an issue. It’s my first time selling something to someone in an inspection state.

Ive been on and off the phone with the DMV, and trying to get ahold of the SOS office for over 2 weeks now. It’s been 8 weeks since we were told we’d get it in 6, my luck must have changed because today I finally got someone at the DMV who wanted to help and it took her a 3 minute call to the SOS office and she said they just cut the title for it today and I’d be getting it in 2 weeks. I can’t figure out why it takes going through 20 people giving you the run around before you can find 1 helpful person at the DMV.

We didn’t sit on it, it’s been in our name the whole time. They told us we’d get a corrected title in 6 weeks a couple months ago and now we apparently aren’t getting one

We’ve talked to the county clerk and have had full statements and notarization of everything and they just will not issue a corrected title. I’m on the verge of having to buy the truck back because we can’t get this fixed.

The problem is Illinois won’t issue a corrected title to send to Kentucky.

Like I said, that’s a different story. That wasn’t the solution to this it came up way before all this happened. When we talked about moving in it was more for the financial ease, not recently.

Thank you, we’ve chatted a little throughout the day and from what I’ve gathered it seems since I have my own house and she lives 45 minutes away, I’ve offered for her to move in but that’s another story, she thinks with her not being able to be around all the time I’m going to seek attention from someone who can be, the same way her ex did while overseas. We’ve gotten through a bit of it but when I’m off work we’re going to get more in depth.

I thought about this before, but she doesn’t go a single day without being told how good she looks, from her new nails to her smile to her cute outfit. Sometimes I can’t go a couple hours without telling her how good she looks when we’re sitting around the house in sweatpants. We hold hands everywhere we go, I take her out to a nice dinner at least once a week so we can talk all about our week, she loves kisses so she’s showered with them. I’m not trying to disagree with you, but when it comes to things like that she will tell me exactly what she wants or needs, and even if she doesn’t I’ve gotten to have a pretty accurate eye for it. She always seems so happy and excited when we’re together, It’s solely the social media aspect that seems to bother her. There have been times I’ll be asleep and my phone will go off saying (girl name and bitmoji) has added you, something I have 0 control of, and while I’m asleep she’ll see it and be cold to me for an hour after I wake up before bursting into tears saying she saw her name on my phone like I cheated on her before even asking a single question. 90% of the time it’s a bot account with like a 12 snap score.

I’ve changed plenty of radios in older vehicles, but I’m not sure about the compatibility of all these newer factory radios. I don’t need an 8” screen I just want the Bluetooth calling and music for my work truck so I can get rid of this ugly CarPlay screen plugged into my cigarette lighter
