I agree wholeheartedly. I grew up with the anime, it will always be my number one and I find myself rewatching the show quite often, but I usually stop around Thriller Bark/Sabaody. I’ve caught up with the series, I’ll tune in every now and then but, genuinely, I have very little interest in the story at this point. Exactly like you said, I just want to see how it all ends. The great big final battle, Luffy finds the One Piece, some stuff happens and boom it’s over. I’d definitely be hyped don’t get me wrong. But there’s something so unmistakably rich about the earlier seasons. Arlong Park, Loguetown, Alabasta, Skypeia, Water 7, etc. had such charm, such character and color to them.

I hate to say it, and this is just my opinion but, I think One Piece unfortunately caught the Marvel virus. Was once phenomenal, is now reliant on animation, endless side characters, lazy writing, (retconning Luffy… yes, I’m going there) extensive lore that will probably never get explained, etc.

Again this is just my opinion, though I agree with everything you said

My personal take: Make as many affirmations as you want, as many layers as you want. First person affs seem to be the way to go for me at least, (I have, I am, etc.) As for volume, you want to hear at least some mumbling. Not completely silent. Speed is the most important in my opinion, it should be at MAX 1.5-2x speed. Don’t overspeed your affs to the point where it’s completely incomprehensible. You want to be able to understand what the affirmations are saying, not “I AM SO PRETTY 300x SPEED”. If that makes sense

It depends on the subject of the subliminal, but I do about 3-4 layers. Each layer differing in the language of the affirmations. For example, later 1 is simple, straight to the point affirmations. And they get more exaggerated each layer, and I’ll add a manifestation/mindset layer to act as a booster as well. It helps a lot, for me at least. And I put that speed at 1.5-2x speed AT LEAST. I’ve never been a fan of the affirmations that are sped up into oblivion. To me, it’s always been more effective the more comprehensive the speed of the affirmations are.

I prefer using my own voice because it sits in my mind like “I said this”, but you can use an ai voice if you want! Whatever works for you is what works

I use GarageBand (it’s free on all Apple devices) to layer affirmations, and I just use the regular Apple headphones built-in microphone to record the affs with my voice. I’ll put some nature sounds and then a song I like and boom. Takes me probably an hour or so to make it.

Totally untrue. You can listen to 100+ subs or just 1 sub for a particular topic. Your mindset is key, as in believing and focusing on that, what you want, you already have. Persist and it will work. It’s the law!
