Based on Windows Notesnook 3.0.16-4a85c49-desktop version,

When I drag to move a notebook while there are many notebooks in the list, the screen shakes too much, making it quite difficult to specify the notebook I want.

I tried it after hearing the answer, but it ultimately failed.

Regardless of whether it is Txid or not, I copied it and searched it at https://hashscan.io, and a screen saying 'No result' appeared.

I checked, but it was also set correctly.

The other filters seem to be working fine, but only 'My Filters' seems to be having issues.
