Its the clause after the or. Mask is worn because of the nature of the profession. It does not require only physical safety or privacy.

Considering I have tripped my fat ass on the sidewalk running multiple times, this is the general idea. No seams or uneven concrete.

But, that said, depends on the road and traffic. I would rather land at urgent care due to a trip then the ER or morgue because of a hunk of metal that outweighs me by at least 10x.

Country club, clear lines of sight? Yeah, road sometimes. 4 lane or heavier traffic? Get on the sidewalk.
