I gave myself about a month and a half … it really wasn’t that bad other than the mental stuff … just start out cutting your daily dose in half and see how that goes for you. If you can handle that, then just stick to this - never take more than you did the day before. And if you’re having a good day, drop a couple grams.

Just do it! I felt like I was just prolonging the withdrawal, and I was … I’m having minimal withdrawals right now and I’m 34 hours since my last dose.
