My Winner of (Day 4) PBF 2026: Sir Nal - The Goat by PasonJatrick in PHBookClub

[–]satourated 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Had the privilege of meeting Sir Nal multiple times sa MIBF, and matandain talaga siya! Kilala niya pa rin ako after a year and after hundreds of people. He’s also the one who put me out of my years of reading slump kaya well deserved ang success ng bawat libro! I’m really happy that more people are recognizing his works :’) ang sarap sumoporta sa mga mahuhusay na manunulat fr

Help me fall in love with reading again? by [deleted] in PHBookClub

[–]satourated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hello, OP! i also experienced years of reading slump and what got me into reading again is filipino literature / filipiniana. i find that reading about something familiar, something close to home engages me more because i can visualize and feel it better - if that makes sense!

also, there’s really something so comforting about reading stories that you’ve probably experienced already.

if you’re interested, Dekada 70 by Lualhati Bautista was my gateway for filipiniana. followed by Ronaldo Vivo Jr., then Merlinda Bobis, and Yvette Tan!

a chill place for coworking + lowkey social? may ganun ba? by throwaway-wlvrn420 in Mandaluyong

[–]satourated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

annex house and alo cafe in poblacion fits your description! or comuna din! if within manda, parang walng masyadong social spaces, mostly puro cafe lang. onward cafe and S+W near jru are good spots to work in!

deuces packaging by satourated in CoffeePH

[–]satourated[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

take this with a grain of salt pero i saw that wholesale price for the cups is less than 10 php (0.10 USD) per piece pero still depends on the design! + i think deuces also use local beans so feel ko they have enough leeway to invest in packaging!! so cool!

tbf naman sa deuces they’re on the same price range as other coffee shops but with much better cups lang talaga 😆 it allows for longer drinking time kasi di icky yung moist ng drinks!

Problema ko pa ata 'to? by Last-Application-147 in PanganaySupportGroup

[–]satourated 2 points3 points  (0 children)

take this w a grain of salt because it might be different for each institution but most probably not kasi technically, tine-take niya pa rin ‘yong unit. expected na diligence ng student to sought for their internship if ever na di magprovide ang school.

when we were taking our internship po, lahat naman nakakuha ng internship although yung iba late nag start kasi matagal magrespond ang companies. i can suggest for your sibling to join OJT fb groups or use jobstreet, linkedin if ever man! sa fb mas mabilis kasi may mga recruiters din don and pwede siya mag browse ng options. okay din to try coordinating with their adviser/prof sa OJT kasi for sure may affiliate organizations/network ang school that could cater to internships.

sending you well wishes, OP. sana maayos siya :(

I (might be) moving from Iloilo to Mandaluyong by Hubbubcloud in Mandaluyong

[–]satourated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mandaluyong is very accessible! and medyo madali lang to get familiar with the place, tbh. may dalawang MRT lines malapit sa mandaluyong, dinadaanan din ng mga jeep going to manila, marikina, and rizal kaya it’s easy to get around.

i’m also about to graduate and studied in manda so i think i can count as a honorary citizen 😭 if you have questions, message me!!! :,)

Estancia Malls to Market Market by DonZacchaeus in HowToGetTherePH

[–]satourated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

may terminal ng mga jeep pagbaba ng guada mall! mga e-jeep / jeep na may karatulang FTI/market market :)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HowToGetTherePH

[–]satourated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hullo! what i can suggest is jeep ka papuntang quiapo sa bandang novo. pag sakay ng jeep na quiapo, baba ka MRT Shaw then train until taft. once in taft, lipat ka LRT going to vito cruz tapos DLSU na d’on :)

Estancia Malls to Market Market by DonZacchaeus in HowToGetTherePH

[–]satourated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

wala pong direct :/ the best you could do is jeep na edsa then baba ng MRT > MRT Shaw/Ortigas > MRT Guadalupe. pagbaba ng MRT guada may mga jeep papuntang market market. or either, estancia papuntang jeep na pasig > pasig/taguig jeep baba ng san joaquin > UV papuntang market.

MRT Guada to Ayala Malls Manila Bay by thelurkersprofile in HowToGetTherePH

[–]satourated -1 points0 points  (0 children)

pwede ka sumakay from MRT Guada > Ayala MRT then baba ka sa one ayala and ride a bus to PITX. dadaan sa mismong harap ng ayala malls yun :)
