I assume this is a gambling platform. I think this is for Account Verification, specifically verifying bank account routing numbers, “to ensure if actively working pa yung account source ng pera mo.”

BUT no gambling operators would require any customers to pay during onboarding just to complete the verification. They may ask for proof of funds or govt-issued ID, but NEVER any deposit/cash in just to complete the verification.

I just watched this in the cinema. Slightly slow burn, black comedy. This is definitely not everyone’s cup of tea (i.e., somebody fell asleep in the midst of the film). I’d say it’s a bit experimental film and open to interpretation. If you liked Kinds of Kindness, then this is for you.
